Over the past decade, Patrick has helped open and lead multiple high-volume restaurants in some of the most sought-after and dynamic neighborhoods of both Milwaukee and Nashville, with his latest being Jelly Roll’s Goodnight Nashville on Broadway.
From building kitchens from the ground up, to crafting menus that keep guests coming back (and bringing friends), Patrick thrives in fast-paced, high-profile environments, and always stays focused on the guest experience.
